Shipping Sales tax: Tax applies to CA customers only, unless CA customer provides SD Peripherals with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate. If you place an order prior to 2PM PST, it is most likely that the product will ship the same day. We pay special attention to overnight orders. If your order is especially time sensitive please give us a call and we will do our best to meet your time constraints. Shipping and billing address must be the same, if not please call your credit card company to have the new shipping address approved. All international shipping is billed to a valid customer (Fedex UPS account numbers) no exceptions. Return Policy Before returning any product to SD Peripherals, an RMA number must be obtained by contacting us at 714-899-1101 or via e-mail at custserv@sdperipherals.com - International Orders and shipping associated with international orders-returns is always at the customers expense.
- Ship all returns to SD Peripherals freight prepaid. SD Peripherals will not pay for any charges incoming RMA shipments. We do not accept COD packages.
- All drives must be packed in anti-static bags and packaged in original packaging. Poor packaging can void your warranty.
- All non defective product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in resellable condition.
- If your packaged was damaged in shipping, notify the carrier upon delivery and contact us immediately.
- The warranty will be void on any product returned that has been visibly altered or damaged.
